Thriving in Turbulent Times:
In turbulent times great leadership is imperative. Leaders must develop a bias toward action. Leaders must see turbulence as a fuel for accelerating opportunity. "The lure toward doing things in the familiar way is incredible." But, to survive and thrive, we must keep re-inventing ourselves. We must reframe change.
Leadership on the Edge:
"Military history is largely a history of generals fighting the wrong war. They tend to use strategies and tactics designed for the previous war." In today's fast changing "battlefield", we can't afford that mistake. Successful leaders are those who are willing to let go of what worked in the past and try new methods and practices. They motivate, mentor and move their people, inspiring them to new heights of accomplishment. Leaders must act, evaluate, adjust and act some more!
Sustaining Success In A Revolutionary World:
In this compelling presentation Alan draws upon extensive research and his own real world business experience and provides listeners with the tools they will need to ride the wave of success and weather the challenges and downturns that periodically occur. To be successful we must be flexible, able to move in any direction quickly in order to deal with new technology, heightened competition and market fluctuations. With new ways of thinking and by taking action, organizations can literally shape their own futures.
Selling In A Changing World:
This presentation shows that by redefining their role and adding value, salespeople remain indispensable to their customers and their companies. Here, Alan examines the tried and true basics of selling and demonstrates how salespeople can be successful in the new economy ahead. Just as his proven "Rules of Selling" have helped thousands succeed in the past, his "Revised Rules" provide fresh motivations and a futuristic road map for even greater success in the new millennium.
