Earlier in his career, Michael was chief marketing officer for businesses at Morgan Stanley and Charles Schwab as well as an executive in investment banking at Barclays PLC and finance and marketing at Texas Instruments. He is a guest lecturer at the Darden Business School, Harvard and Wharton Alumni Clubs, and the Center for Creative Leadership. Jason, an ordained minister, is also an executive coach to some of America's wealthiest individuals. He was an All-American linebacker and captain of the Brown University football team.
