From 1989 to 1995, Cindy Crawford was host of MTV's House of Style. In 1992, roadside posters of her had to be removed in Norway when authorities noticed a 300% increase in the accident rate as motorists were distracted by them.

Crawford is just over 5 feet 9 inches (175 cm) tall, has a slim, well-toned figure, with brown hair and eyes. Her measurements are 34"-24"-35". She was the first modern supermodel to pose nude for Playboy magazine. She was ranked number 5 on Playboy's list of the 100 Sexiest Stars of the 20th century. She has been featured on the cover of more than 600 magazines worldwide including Vogue, W, People, Harper's Bazaar, ELLE and Allure. A 1997 Shape magazine survey of 4,000 picked her as the second (after Demi Moore) most beautiful woman in the world. In 2002, Crawford was named one of the 50 Most Beautiful People by People magazine.

Crawford has also seen successful with another recent business endeavor on the development and distribution of "Meaningful Beauty," a skincare line created with the company Guthy-Renker and renowned doctor Jean Louis Sebagh. "Meaningful Beauty" is currently available on Cindy's web-site, infomercial and QVC. Crawford has also been associated with such international brands as Ripley's Department Store in South America and Munthe in Scandinavia. In 2001, Crawford launched her own signature fragrance line with Cosmopolitan Cosmetics internationally. In the U.S. Crawford has worked with such reputable companies as Revlon, Visa and Pepsi. Crawford was most recently the face of Liz Claiborne's 2006 spring campaign and can be seen in the NY & Company summer 2007 campaign.

Crawford has been a worldwide spokesperson for Omega watches for over 10 years and is one of Omega's busiest working global ambassadors to date. Crawford began working with Omega in 1995 and partners with the company in advertising campaigns but is also actively involved in events and product design. She has traveled the world on behalf of Omega International to such countries as; Malaysia, Spain, Switzerland, New Zealand, Italy, France and China. Crawford has also partnered with Ellen Tracy and Foster Grant for many years. In addition, Crawford is a spokesperson for 24 Hour Fitness, Remington Hair products, EAS Health and Sports Products and she also served as a Board Member and strategic advisor for the successful online company eStyle.com, a manufacturing and retail company of maternity wear, nursery accessories, baby and kids clothing and toys. Crawford is a longtime supporter of the Leukemia Society and joined forces with the pharmaceutical company, Ortho-Biotec, to publicize the "Strength for Caring Program," which offers assistance to caregivers and families of cancer patients.

Crawford is currently married to Rande Gerber with two young children, Presley, born July 2, 1999, & Kaia, born September 3, 2001. Crawford famously gave birth to both her children through natural home birth. Gere has also since become a father. Crawford now owns her own production company, Crawdaddy Inc.
