Willis Sparks is an analyst at Eurasia Group focusing on global macro issues, particularly transnational risk and US politics. He holds a master's degree from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, where he specialized in international security policy and the study of the former Soviet Union. He also earned a master's degree in international relations from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques (Sciences Po) in Paris. Willis holds two bachelor's degrees from Brown University and is a graduate of the Juilliard School.

Willis joined the firm in 2005 from the Council on Foreign Relations, where he wrote on terrorism and US national security.
