Daryl Conner, Founder and Chairman of Conner Partners, is an internationally recognized leader in the field of change management. Conner Partners is built on the heritage of ODR, a company founded by Daryl Conner in 1974 with a long history of helping organizations address the human side of organizational change. In May 2003, Patrick Litre, former Chairman of Headstrong, joined Daryl in leading the firm - this partnership created the catalyst for the birth of Conner Partners.

Since founding ODR in 1974, Conner has addressed hundreds of companies and thousands of executives in internal corporate forums, at national conferences, and public programs on the subjects of managing change, personal resilience, and building nimble organizations. As a result of his speaking, consulting, and writing, he has positively influenced people throughout the world, including those in the United States, Canada, Latin America, Western and Eastern Europe, South Africa, Asia, and Australia. Many of the most successful organizations in the world, including Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, non-profit institutions, and multinational firms have chosen Conner as their source for change management expertise.

Conner's research and training in organizational consulting and his master's degree in behavioral psychology provided the foundation for his approach to studying the impact of change. Encompassing over 30 years of Conner's work with organizations, ODR remains the only company in the world to have formulated and refined a methodology for optimizing an organization's change initiatives through the unique Human Due Diligence process. Conner has written more than 100 publications, including journal and magazine articles, monographs and book chapters on the subject of change management. His first book, Managing at the Speed of Change, was first published in 1993. This classic was newly updated in February 2006. Conner's second book, Leading at the Edge of Chaos: How to Create the Nimble Organization, was published in 1998. Ken Blanchard said about the book: "Daryl Conner has done it again! The leading authority on managing change has given us what we need right now. Leading at the Edge of Chaos offers prescriptive advice for leading in today's world where the tempo and thrust of change has escalated. A must read for anyone who is still breathing and leading." In addition, Conner has produced videos in conjunction with Mentor Media, highlighting his groundbreaking work on human resilience.

Conner's international recognition as an authority on the human elements of change generates a constant demand for his speeches, training seminars, and presentations to various management-development forums.
