Barton Goldsmith
Dr. Barton Goldsmith is a psychotherapist, syndicated columnist, radio talk show host, speaker and business consultant who, for over two decades, has helped Fortune 500 companies, educational institutions and government organizations develop creative and balanced leadership. His syndicated newspaper column "Passionate Leadership" appears in over 150 newspapers, magazines and trade publications, including the Los Angeles Business Journal.
Knowing that communication is the key to success in business and life and in making great leaders, he inspires his audiences to cross the line between an average communicator and an awesome, earthshaking communicator by speaking from the heart. The simple quality that emerges from a great speech is authenticity. "Ask not what your country can do for you", "I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears and sweat", "Ich bin ein Berliner", "Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall", "I have a dream". These simple phrases or sentences summarize an entire personality, an entire speech, and in some cases, an entire movement.
As an expert on innovative leadership, he has given over 5,000 professional presentations and has worked extensively with The Executive Committee (TEC) and The Young Presidents Organization (YPO). He has served as a Chairman for TEC Worldwide, Director of Streamside Consulting and vice-president of Universal Education Centers. He is also on the faculty at Ryokan College.

He is uniquely qualified to address stress which occurs in work environments and which directly impacts efficiency. He can address these and other business issues in a way that will positively effect your bottom line.
