He is a leading international writer, lecturer and activist in the areas of business integrity, corporate governance and social responsibility, and global corruption.

Frank is a co-founder of Transparency International, the leading anti-corruption organization with national chapters in over 90 countries; co-founder of the Partnership for Transparency Fund; and, editor and publisher of ethicsworld.org.

Since 1990, together with his wife, Emily Vogl, Frank has headed Vogl Communications, Inc. advising leading global financial and economic policy institutions in global media communications.

"Corporate leaders and politicians who secure public respect and build trust in their institutions are heroes. They enrich our civilization. But, never before have corporations faced so many reputational risks. Never before have citizens across the world demonstrated such anger about government abuse of power. As Frank says: "This is a critical time where we need to be inspired by - and learn from - great and honest corporations like Johnson & Johnson, and by exceptional leaders like Nobel laureates Nelson Mandela and Oscar Arias."
