For more than 20 years, Amanda Gore has been one of America's and Australia's most admired professional speakers. In this session, you will learn the secret skills of leadership - how to inspire, motivate, enthuse your team and have people remember you as their best boss ever because they grew more with you than anyone else! You'll also learn more in depth about non verbal communication and group dynamics - not to mention how to communicate better with the opposite sex -at work and at home.

In this world of voicemail, email, phone menu systems, cellphones, internet...we are told that technology is connecting the world. Although Amanda uses a lot of humour with this session, there are many useful and important distinctions that are highlighted so people can make dramatic changes in their understanding of what is going on and then have more choices over how to behave.

Relationships are like living breathing organisms and they need nurturing and watering and care - just like real plants.
