Biography:

Barbara Glanz, CSP, is an internationally known speaker, author and consultant and the president of Barbara Glanz Communications, Inc., in Sarasota, Florida. She specializes in these areas: Creative Communication, Building Customer and Employee Loyalty, and Regenerating the Spirit in the Workplace and in the Home. She has spoken on four continents and in 46 states, and her books have been featured in such publications as Entrepreneur magazine, Human Resource Professional, Industry Week, Quality Digest, Positive Living, Ladies Home Journal, HR Magazine, Woman's World, The Service Edge and Communication Briefings.

For six years she was the manager of training, director of quality in training and a senior consultant for Kaset International, a firm that has been helping organizations become more customer focused for more than 25 years. Her undergraduate degree is in English, and she has had a Master's Degree in Adult Continuing Education. In 1998 she received her Certified Speaking Professional designation from the National Speakers Association. Only 298 speakers worldwide hold this prestigious designation.

Since 1987 Glanz has trained thousands of people in North America and has spoken worldwide to conferences, associations, government organizations, and companies both large and small.
