Biography:

Bryan Flanagan gets it! Bryan understands that his job is to contribute to the success of your meeting.

Bryan Flanagan gets it! He understands that his job is to make you, the meeting planner, look good.

For the past 24 years, Bryan Flanagan has worked closely with meeting planners, executives, sales managers, and owners to deliver successful meetings. Whether it is keynote addresses, training sessions, workshops, and/or breakout sessions, he consistently exceeds expectations.

Clients have asked Bryan to help solve major challenges they face. In the area of motivation, he has helped instill the "I can" attitude" with numerous teams. In the area of sales productivity, his Sales P.R.O.C.E.S.S. program has resulted in sales improvement and customer satisfaction. For those clients that have to deliver critical information in persuasive situations, Bryan's effective presentation skills workshops have taught the skills necessary to take the attention off self and focus on the listener.

These clients include Alcon Labs, Smith Barney, US Army Recruiters, Dow Chemical, New York Life Insurance, IBM, Halliburton, State Farm Insurance, Sewell Automotive Company, USAA, Brother International, AAFES, and many others.

Bryan's background can be put to work for you. During his second senior year at Louisiana State University, he worked as a delivery boy for the IBM Corporation. He then invested the next 14 years with the IBM as a salesman, in Baton Rouge, a "people manager" in San Francisco, and a sales instructor at IBM's National Training Center in Dallas.

In 1984, Zig Ziglar asked Bryan to join his company as Director of Corporate Training. In this capacity, Bryan designs, develops, and delivers programs that improve team and individual productivity and growth. Over the past 24 years, he has created numerous personal growth and training products on topics such as leadership, management, sales, communication skills, presentation techniques, and personal motivation.

His latest book is entitled "Now, Go Sell Somebody Something" and his latest CD Set is "Bryan Flanagan on Sales and Motivation."

Bryan has been busy. Over the past 10 years, he has averaged 127 engagements per year. He has been fortunate to share the stage and the spotlight with Mayor Rudy Giuliani, Suse Orman, General Colin Powell, sports broadcaster Dick Vitale, Steve Forbes, and Zig Ziglar.

To ensure that he exceeds your expectations, Bryan researches your company and your people. He then tailors his delivery to best fit the needs of your theme, your audience, and your situation. He invests the time to conduct phone interviews with several of your staff so he gets a" feel and a flavor" for your real-world situations. He understands today's marketplace and what is required to achieve success in today's competitive environment.

Bryan understands that if the audience isn't enjoying the presentation, the meeting has little chance of being successful. Each audience member will laugh as they learn!

Bryan and Cyndi live in Plano, Texas. Their 38-year marriage has produced two children, Patrick and Quinn. (Yes, the entire family is Irish!)

Yes, Bryan Flanagan gets it! He understands how to deliver on your requests to make your next meeting memorable!
