 Biography: Dale Irvin is one of a kind. He is an author, actor and widely televised comedian, but speaking is where he excels. Dale is the world's only Professional Summarizer. He attends your meeting, paying attention to every word spoken by every speaker and noticing every detail of the event. Then, throughout the day, he will "summarize" the event with a comedy monologue written on the spot. One of his clients best described his performance when she said, "What Billy Crystal brings to the Academy Awards, you brought to our meeting." Dale's monologues keep the audience fully engaged, wide awake, and paying more attention so that they will get the jokes they are about to hear. It also gives them another connecting point and becomes a topic of conservation during the breaks. In addition to over 100 national TV appearances, Dale has appeared in concert with Jay Leno, Paul Anka, The Four Tops and The Temptations. Dale has received the two highest designations as presented by the National Speakers Association. In 1988, Dale earned the designation of CSP, (Certified Speaking Professional); and in 1995, Dale was given the highest award in the speaking industry, induction into the Speakers Hall of Fame. Dale is the author of eight books including "Laughter Doesn't Hurt" and publishes "Funny Business", a bi-monthly humor newsletter with international distribution. |
