Biography:

Described as the "coach behind Ireland's Celtic Tiger," Kevin Kelly is one of Europe's leading authorities on motivation, entrepreneurship, leadership, communication, and personal excellence.

When Ireland's National Development Agencies were looking at nurturing the entrepreneurs of tomorrow - the new Celtic tigers - they engaged Kevin to inspire them to take the next step. Now, his unique experience and understanding of entrepreneurial thinking and "Get Real" leadership is gaining a major audience in South East Asia. Kevin weaves his magic with a cocktail of exercises, information and stories that are based on his unique experiences around the world, inside and outside corporate corridors.

Born in the West of Ireland, he is the author of the Best Selling How? When You Don't Know How, Life: A Trip Towards Trust and motivational CDs, Good Enough - Now Go Get it; Setting, Getting and Forgetting Goals and Compelling Communication Strategies. The target launch for his new book which focuses on "Get Real" Leadership is Winter 2008.

Kevin has appeared many times on National TV and radio shows in Ireland, UK and the USA and is also the creator of the unique motivational/ entrepreneur program, "Looking Ahead and Living Now" which is successfully running in schools all around Ireland. The programme equips students with a Life Skills Toolbox that helps enhance their self esteem, and thus their coping, problem-solving and presentation skills.

Born into a small family business in the West of Ireland, Kevin developed an understanding of human behavior from an early age that has allowed him to break sales records in every company for which he has worked. Over the past seventeen years, his trademark energy and enthusiasm combined with unique training approach and personal story has inspired audiences to tap into their innate potential for the benefit of themselves and the organization's bottom line. Worldwide, Kevin has consistently received in excess of 4.5/5 ratings by seminar attendees.

His training focuses on idea integration. Using all media, and honoring his Irish background by using stories and fun, Kevin creates an environment in which participants choose to take the next step in their life.

Coaching The Tiger - Unleashing The Entrepreneur Within

In this entrepreneurship session, participants will learn how to disempower this limiting pattern and move towards achieving their dreams. Participants of this entrepreneurship session will be left in no doubt that they possess the resources required to take that next step - if they so choose.

In addition, the entrepreneurship session will provide them with the tools required to walk the path of the entrepreneur, and embrace entrepreneurship.

Entrepreneurship Session - Potential Content:
  • Eight assumptions about human behavior - by understanding our internal and external customers, we can geometrically improve our rapport/sales/negotiating ability.
  • Personal Audit: Participants of the entrepreneurship session will complete a unique exercise that will highlight, and then help to disempower limiting beliefs. As in all organizational challenges, identifying the problem is the challenge, not solving it. This exercise will allow individuals to find and floor their fears.
  • You got it! Exercises and anecdotes that will help dissipate the limiting belief "I am not good enough" that haunts many people. By identifying and mirroring off past success strategies, a new sense of self belief will be instilled.
  • Crossing the bridge from inaction to action - the first steps.

Unlimited Sales Potential
(Motivational Keynote or half day):

In this sales motivation session, Kevin will highlight the many assumptions you can make about human behavior. Based on these observations, Kevin shows how to build rapport with potential clients effortlessly.

  • How people cannot lie...successfully. Exploring the intimate link between our physiology (the way we look) and our psychology (the way we think).
