As the new co-host and segment producer of Comcast's Inside City Limits,
Katie hits the streets of San Francisco to discover its unique sites, events
and people that make her town so special. Katie is also the host docent/voice
of Ten Toe Tours City Street Shopping Tours. She is a style correspondent who
appears on such shows as: TV Guide Channel's TV Candy with Melissa Rivers,
USA Network's Before & After'NOON Movie, Soap Net's Soap Talk, Lifetime's
Head 2 Toe, HGTV's Smart Solutions and TIPical Maryellen and Los Angeles Good
Day LA to name a few. To date, Katie has appeared on over 400 television style
segments offering audiences style solutions and trend commentary for the home
and for self delivered with her mid-western charm. Because it is hard to keep
Katie quiet when it comes to fashion, she is also a professional speaker who
has spoken for clients such as Young Presidents' Organization, The Learning
Annex, Mervyn's, Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus, DKNY, Sunset Magazine,
Minneapolis Women's Expo and Sacramento Bee's Women's Expo.
Katie's style philosophy has been quoted in leading newspapers and magazines

Oakland Tribune, Women's Wear Daily, London Observer, Variety, People en

Katie is the Style Editor for Your Life Magazine and a contributor to

Magazine's "Fashion Trauma" celebrity piece. As a fashion stylist, Katie
has styled everyone from English royalty to sport celebrities to people's pets
and has produced fashion shows for Neiman Marcus, Target, Mervyn's, Marshall
Field's, Bloomingdale's and DKNY.
From 2001 to 2005, Katie had the pleasure of representing Mervyn's, a Target
Corporation company, as their first national Fashion Media Spokesperson.
Katie's role included on-air fashion show commentary appearances and show
producing, newspaper and magazine trend interviews, radio interviews, radio
commercials, public service announcements, a style advice column titled "Ask
Kate" and an in-store mix and match style clothing program dubbed "Kate's
Picks".
As for her plans going forward, Katie is working on selling two television
pilots, The Style Method with Kate Rice and Jones with Katie Rice Jones;
writing her first book also titled The Style Method and designing her
own clothing line called "Flatter Yourself". In her spare time, Katie designs a
handbag collection called Katie Bag.
