Biography: Simon T. Bailey is an internationally known speaker, author and consultant and a leading authority in helping individuals and organizations release their brilliance. He is the founder of the Imagination Institute, Inc., an organization dedicated to building the world's most valuable resource - its people. Bailey has impacted the lives of over 100,000 people from around the world through his keynote addresses, workshops/programs and Internet presence. His mission is to help people find their passion, take action and make their lives, their organizations, and ultimately their societies, better and more productive. Simon consistently receives high marks for his candid and practical approach to communicating key principles with a humanistic touch. It is his unique ability to transform people's lives in a short period of time that has made Simon a highly sought after speaker and facilitator. Simon's clients range from Fortune 500 companies and national associations to government agencies and educational institutions both in the U.S. and abroad. Bailey's expertise in leadership, sales and customer service was honed over two decades. Simon first achieved success as "Manager of the Year" with Hyatt Hotels and National Account Manager for the Orlando Convention and Visitors Bureau. In 1996 he became Director of Sales for the Resort division of the Walt Disney Company, leading the team that procured international group travel contracts. He then joined the Disney Institute as a customized program consultant, where he designed and delivered programs to organizations at Disneyland Paris and Walt Disney World Resort. Simon was subsequently promoted to Sales Director for the Disney Institute, managing accounts for organizations worldwide. Bailey graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree from Life Christian University and earned a master's degree from Faith Christian University. He is also a graduate of the Rollins College Executive Management Program. He serves on the boards of numerous organizations, including the Greater Orlando Leadership Foundation, the Orlando Marine Institute and Florida Men of Integrity.
