 Biography: Since 1975, Don Phillips has been casting and producing hit Hollywood movies. His experience in the notoriously competitive film industry is invaluable to anyone interested in learning how Hollywood really works. Born the son of a preacher in 1940, Don has been called "The Man With the Golden Eye." He and partner Michael Chinich formed Talent Services Associates Inc. in the early 1970's and the rest is Hollywood history. Notably, Don produced Melvin and Howard, which won two Oscars and was nominated for another, and has discovered a studio's worth of actors, including Matthew McConaughey, eventually casting him in his first role as Wooderson in Dazed and Confused. His program lets your audience behind the scenes throughout the process of film preproduction.
