Lincoln Hall
Author of White Limbo, the story of the first Australian team to climb Mount Everest, Lincoln Hall was part of Australia's first attempt to climb to the top of Mount Everest in 1984. While others in the team made it to the top, Hall was forced to turn back close to the summit due to illness. However, he reached the summit on another expedition in 2006.

Peter Hillary
Peter Hillary has been to the summit of Mt Everest twice in his life, the second time as part of a National Geographic documentary and in honor of his father's ascent almost 50 years earlier. Besides being the first father and son to climb Everest, the Hillarys trekked to the South Pole together in 1999. These are just two highlights of his extraordinarily adventurous life.
