Waleed Rashed

Waleed Rashed is a prominent youth activist and co-founder of the April 6 Youth Movement, a non-violent political movement that called for massive demonstrations on Police Day, January 25th, 2011 and together with other youth movements, organized the 18-day peaceful uprising culminating in President Hosni Mubarak's departure on February 11, 2011.

Waleed Rashed has a B.A. in Commerce and is currently studying for his Masters In Political Science/Global Affairs and also works as a freelance writer providing political commentary on the political situation in Egypt.

Walter Mondale

Walter Mondale was elected vice president of the United States in 1976 in Jimmy Carter's administration. On the president's behalf, Mondale traveled extensively throughout the nation and the world advocating U.S. policy, and was the first vice president to have an office in the White House.

William Ury

Dr. Ury has served as a negotiation advisor and mediator in conflicts ranging from corporate mergers to wildcat strikes to ethnic wars in the Balkans. He co-founded the International Negotiation Network, headed by former President Jimmy Carter, which serves as a neutral third party in settling disputes around the world.

Zbigniew Brzezinski

Brzezinski served as the National Security Adviser to the President of the United States from 1977 to 1981 and in 1981 he was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom. He is known for his role in the normalization of U.S.-Chinese relations and for his contributions to the human rights and national security policies of the United States.
